Are Sociopaths Dangerous?

That's because there is also one antisocial personality disorder that is almost similar to sociopaths, namely psychopaths. Experts believe that psychopaths are largely caused by genetic factors associated with birth defects, which makes them difficult to feel emotions. While sociopaths are mostly caused by environmental factors, mainly due to traumatic experiences in childhood.
So, if there is a question which is more dangerous between sociopaths and psychopaths, then most experts answer psychopaths that are more dangerous. That is because psychopaths do not have emotions when performing actions, even actions that are very bad or terrible.
Adverse effects that can occur in others, will not be considered wrong or regretted by a psychopath. A psychopath is said to have no conscience, in contrast to sociopaths who still have a conscience despite being weak. Although both of them still have the potential to endanger themselves and others.
