Understanding Granulomas and Types
Granuloma is a disorder in body tissue that appears due to inflammation. In microscopic examination, this abnormality can be seen as a collection of inflammation cells in the tissue in microscopic examination. The appearance of granulomas can be caused by several things, such as infection or due to exposure to chemicals. Granulomas are formed when the immune system captures substances or objects that are considered foreign by the body, whether chemical, biological, or physical. Granuloma can be in the body for years. This type of granuloma is called granuloma which has calcified or calcined, because it contains calcium deposits.
